Co-op Battle Guide
What are Co-op battles?
Co-op Battles are a mode where two players fight waves of enemies together and work toward defeating the boss at the end.
Unlike PvP, you are not competing against the other player. Both players are on the same side, building their boards by summoning and merging heroes to stop enemies before they reach the end of the path.
Each player builds their own board by summoning and merging heroes, but the enemies move through the shared lane. That means both players are contributing damage to the same waves.
If the team clears all waves and defeats the boss, the run is successful and both players receive rewards.
Because both players are fighting the same waves, your success depends on how well both boards perform. If one player struggles to keep up with damage or control, it can make the waves much harder to clear.
Why do Co-op battles matter?
Co-op is one of the most important modes for progression.
It allows players to earn resources and gear while working with another player instead of fighting against them. This makes it a reliable way to build up materials and improve your heroes.
It is also one of the best places to learn how heroes interact with each other, since you will often see different builds and strategies from the player you are matched with.
What do you gain from Co-op?
Clearing waves and defeating the boss rewards both players with materials and gear that help improve their account.
These rewards are used for things like:
• upgrading gear with higher quality or higher level pieces
• enhancing gear using blueprints
• increasing your overall account power
• unlocking stronger builds later through merge totems (covered in another guide)
For newer players, this helps build account power. For experienced players, it becomes a steady way to collect resources and higher tier gear needed for higher power.

Why Team Builds matter!
In Co-op, both players contribute to the same fight, so your hero setup affects the entire run.
Some players focus on damage heroes that clear waves quickly. Others run heroes that provide support effects such as boosting damage, controlling enemies, or helping the team manage tougher waves.
The strongest Co-op runs usually come from builds that complement each other. A good mix of damage and utility makes it much easier to clear difficult waves and defeat the boss at the end.
The best example I can give is Floor 6 specifically.
The T2 Priest heals around 55 million with each cast of his heal. Players who are newly progressing this will almost always never have the damage to brute force this, the way around it is by using a Big Fin at level 15 so you have 60% Healing Reduction passive on his poison; you can also use Annie's upgrade for her bear that causes 40% heal reduction, it helps but the fight is still difficult.
At higher account power, you can get away with freezing the boss with multiple Snow Princesses, or at an even higher level, a level 20 Black Widow has 75% Healing Reduction!
Why should you play Co-op?
Many players focus heavily on PvP early on, but Co-op is just as valuable for progression.
It helps you:
• earn important upgrade materials and gear
• learn how different heroes work together
• improve your merging and board management
Once you understand how Co-op works, it becomes one of the most consistent ways to strengthen your account.
Co-op is one of the most important modes for long term progression. The rewards help improve your gear, increase your overall power, and open the door to stronger builds later on. Learning how to play it well will make a big difference as you move further into the game.
